Theme Camp Volunteering

Thank you for the energy, creativity, and activities you bring to Disorient Presents: Country Club.

This year we are modifying our theme camp ticketing structure to include at least one (1) hour of volunteering at Gate and/or Parking per theme camp member, to round up to the nearest even number. For example if a theme camp has 10 members, the camp will own coverage for 10 hours, if a camp has 11 members, they would own 12 hours, ensuring that no given volunteer shifts are only half-filled.

This change will allow us to ensure the event has full Gate and Parking coverage, and allow you to promote your camps and events to everyone who enters Country Club! Wear your camp swag, bring your camp signage and event schedules, and get ready to meet new event attendees and possible future new camp members!

The camp leads can decide how they would like to distribute these hours amongst their members, and then direct members to select their shifts from any available Gate or Parking shifts. Theme camps will retain the ability to modify internally and send alternate camp members to cover shifts as needed by coordinating with the Gate and/or Parking leads during the event.
